Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through ElisaJones.AI, an entity of Sovereign+, LLC ("Company," "we," "our"). By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below.
Digital Products & Online Courses
All sales of digital content—such as downloadable files, courses, webinars, podcasts, and ebooks—are final and non-refundable. Once accessed or delivered, digital goods cannot be revoked.
If you encounter a technical issue or were charged in error, contact support@elisajones.ai within 7 days of purchase. All requests are evaluated case-by-case.
Physical Products (Including Dropshipped Items)
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact support@elisajones.ai within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos.
Refunds may be issued as store credit or replacement. Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed and are evaluated at our discretion. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party suppliers.
Subscriptions
Subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel future billing at any time. No refunds are issued for prior billing periods.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
Suspension of your account
Loss of access to content
Legal action for breach of contract
