Hi, I'm Dr. Elisa Janson Jones. Most people call me Doc.

I help business owners get AI doing real work, and understand it well enough to keep it running.

I've spent 20+ years at the intersection of education and technology. My doctorate is in instructional design, meaning how people actually learn skills, and I wrote Prompt & Circumstance: The C.A.L.M. AI Navigator™. My background is also in music education, where skill is built one-on-one, week by week, with practice in between. That's the model I bring to AI.

Not included. AI software subscriptions (most clients use existing tools or plans around $20 to $30 a month, and we'll choose together), custom code, or integrations that require a developer.

First-session guarantee.

If you're not satisfied after our first session, tell me within 48 hours and I'll refund your full payment. You keep your Opportunity Map.

I already use ChatGPT. Do I need this?

If it's already taking real tasks off your plate, maybe not. Most owners use it to answer questions. This is about getting it to handle recurring work.

I'm not technical. Can I do this?

Yes. If you're comfortable with email and spreadsheets, you can do this. We go at your pace.

Which AI tools do we use?

Whichever fit your tasks, often ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, plus no-code automation tools where they help. I don't sell or earn commissions on any of them.

Are there extra costs?

Possibly software subscriptions, which you pay directly. We'll use what you already have where we can.

Will you build it for me?

No. You build, I coach. That way you understand how your tools work and can adjust them yourself.

Can my business pay?

Yes, I can invoice your business.

What if I need to reschedule?

Sessions can move with 24 hours' notice.
