Lead the AI conversation instead of being managed through it.

You're expected to lead on AI. Nobody gave you time to learn it.

You can talk about AI at a high level. What's harder is using it well yourself, telling a strong vendor pitch from a polished demo, and knowing which bets are worth making.

More articles and webinars won't close that gap. Working through your own decisions and your own work, privately, with someone who knows the terrain, will.

Private, weekly, and built around your decisions.

AI helps a lot on some tasks and hurts on others. In a study of 758 BCG consultants, those using AI finished suitable tasks 25.1% faster and completed 12.2% more of them, at higher quality. On a task outside AI's strengths, it made their answers less accurate. Knowing which is which is the executive skill. Dell'Acqua et al.

Your Opportunity & Risk Map

In our first session, we map where AI can help your own work and your area of responsibility, where it's risky, and what you need to be able to judge. You leave with a written plan.

Private. Practical. Built around the decisions on your desk.

Judgment you can use in the room, and time back on your own work.

What we focus on depends on your role and priorities. These are the most common outcomes, not guarantees. Tap a card to see more.

Your coach

Dr. Elisa Janson Jones

I help senior leaders build practical AI judgment: knowing where AI belongs, how to use it well themselves, and how to lead the decisions around it.

I've spent 20+ years at the intersection of education and technology. I hold a doctorate in instructional design and an MBA, and I'm the author of Prompt & Circumstance: The C.A.L.M. AI Navigator™. I work as a peer, not a lecturer. You bring the business context and the decisions in front of you. I bring the method and a clear view of what AI can and can't do.

Questions leaders ask

I don't have time for this.

Sessions are 60 minutes a week, plus about an hour of practice on work you're already doing. Most of what we build saves time on tasks already on your plate.

Do I need to be technical?

No. The goal is sound judgment and practical use, not engineering. We skip jargon unless you need it.

My team already handles AI. Why do I need this?

Your team can run the tools. The decisions about where AI belongs, what to fund, and what to stop are yours. This helps you make those well.

Which AI tools do we use?

Whichever fit your work and your company's approved tools. I don't sell or earn commissions on any AI product.

Can my company pay?

Yes. I invoice companies directly, and this typically qualifies as professional development.

Online or in person?

Online by default, scheduled around your calendar. In-person sessions are available in western Colorado.

What if I need to reschedule?

Sessions can move with 24 hours' notice.
