Show the Flow
Here is a beautiful little widget to show the data flowing through a mock go-to-market launch, as discussed in my August 31, 2026 Practical AI Newsletter.

How the data moves in this phase
Want to build your own?
I want an interactive HTML workflow widget I can embed on my Squarespace site — fully self-contained, no external icon fonts or CDN dependencies (use inline SVG icons instead). Here's what it needs to show: [describe your process — a plan, a timeline, a pipeline, whatever has a clear sequence of stages] For each stage, include: - A one-sentence objective - 2-3 sentences on why it's sequenced where it is - One primary metric or KPI - 3-4 sub-items (channels, tasks, deliverables) each with a short label and one-line description If any stage involves collecting a lead (a form, a checkout, a signup), add a "how the data moves" diagram for that stage showing: the capture point, the platform it pushes to, and what automation or trigger fires as a result. Make it interactive: clickable tabs or nodes that switch between stages, with a detail panel below that updates. If there's a budget, timeline, or resource split across stages, show it as a persistent bar that also works as navigation. Style it with my brand: colors [list your hex codes], fonts [list your font names]. Scope every CSS class with a unique prefix so it doesn't collide with my site's existing styles, and use onclick handlers instead of anchor tags — Squarespace code blocks strip full HTML documents. Keep the visible text light. The layout, color, and interactivity should carry the information — not paragraphs.
